Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. You may return orders unused, in new condition and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. For health reasons we are unable to accept returns on used personal care products such as barber shears, razors, shaving brushes, strops, mugs and manicure implements unless defective.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error. USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail shipping and handling charges will be applied to return orders that received free ground shipping.
