Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. You may return orders unused, in new condition and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. For health reasons we are unable to accept returns on personal care products such as razors, shaving brushes, shaving strops and manicure implements unless defective.
Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error. USPS Ground or Priority Mail shipping and handling charges will be applied to return orders that received free ground shipping.

Directions:
First disinfect or sterilize tool. Use a hot towel to open pores or after steamy shower, facial sauna.
For whiteheads: Once the whitehead breaks open the skin, roll the wire over the whitehead pressing gently.
For blackheads: Press down the flat side directly over blackhead to pop out. Disinfect area when finished
